BRAD SCHREIBER
is an award-winning playwright and journalist, author, screenwriter and producer. He is Vice President of Storytech Literary Consulting at www.TheWritersJourney.com. His stage work has been performed in New York, London, L.A., San Francisco and Dallas. Schreiber has also adapted the work of Ray Bradbury and Philip K. Dick as plays for National Public Radio (NPR). Schreiber’s awards include those from the Edward Albee Foundation, the National Audio Theatre Festivals, California Writers Club and Dorset Theatre Festival. He has taught throughout North America, including Gotham Writers Workshop in New York, UCLA Extension, USC, CalArts, Surrey Writers Conference in Vancouver and Panamerican University in Mexico City.   His fifth and latest book is Stop the Show!: Insane Incidents and Absurd Accidents in the Theater (Avalon).   He was the Media Consultant on the Fountain Theatre production of Simon Levy’s What I Heard About Iraq, which ran for five months, won Fringe First awards last year at Edinburgh and Adelaide and aired this year on BBC4 Radio. He has written for Daily Variety and continues to write criticism for Back Stage West.
